GoHybrid is the DBA of ABS Wellness Co. LLC, built by Allison and Brendon Shupe to make high-level performance testing, coaching, and media more accessible.

We are from Ogden, building our business from Salt Lake City, serving athletes and facilities across Utah, and traveling for dedicated partner events nationwide.
Leadership and ownership
ABS Wellness Co. LLC is a woman-owned small business. Allison leads the company; Brendon leads the hands-on performance and media work.
Allison is the company’s Chief Executive Officer and majority owner, responsible for executive decision-making, operations, administration, and business growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Administration and brings years of hospital pharmacy experience, including work as a certified pharmacy technician and pharmacy buyer.
Brendon performs GoHybrid’s mobile testing, athlete coaching, online programming, and sports media production. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a chemistry minor, has cardiovascular and thoracic hospital experience, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
